It's still working!

I have to admit, each week I'm a little concerned that my body is going to get used to my new eating habits and I'll quit losing weight, but so far it hasn't happened.

This morning, when I stepped on, it read 140.4 lbs. Subtract the usual 4.4, and I'm down to 136! I haven't weighed in the 130s in a long time!

Down to 139.

Well, while we were in Florida, I did pretty good. I tried to watch what I ate, but was helped, immensely, I'm sure, by the fact that we walked for miles, swam for hours and sweated our assess off.

As a result, I lost two pounds!

10 pounds down...

Well, I lost another 1.6 pounds this week.

I'm down to 141 even and am really happy with my progress! I started at 151.2...and it hasn't quite taken a month...

Although we leave on Saturday for Disney World, the mecca of healthy food choices. So, we'll see how that goes.

Yay! I had another good week...

This Weight Watchers thing is working. I've been really good, eaten lots and lots of fruit and veggies, stuck with my points and it actually hasn't been that hard.

Of course, the piece of Tombstone pepperoni pizza I had last night with the kids was fucking awesome! I was like, ohhhhhhhhhh yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh! And today I'm meeting a friend at Mike's pub for burgers, which will be a bit of a challenge...

So, 147lbs. minus 4.4lbs. = 142.6lbs.

Considering that I started at 151 three weeks ago... yay baggy pants!
